Helping young men in need
Prodigal Son is a charity that helps young men in need.
Through the award -winning 'Friends on the Out' (FotO) Mentoring scheme, Community Chaplaincy and other pioneering projects, Prodigal Son aims to help young men turn away from crime and move towards leading positive, purposeful and productive lives in their home community.
Based at Ashfield prison near Bristol, Prodigal Son works to break the cycle of crime and re-offending and offer practical, emotional and spiritual support to young people, both in prison and after their release, helping them through the often difficult period of reintegration into society.
